Bull's Eye is an Elite-tier self-buff skill that increases your melee critical attack for a short duration. The bonus is a flat percentage applied to your Max Attack before the critical formula runs — meaning the crit boost grows non-linearly with weapon attack, and always exceeds the raw percentage. The table below shows your exact boosted crit value at every skill level.
