Introduced when CCR took over publishing the global servers again in patch 2.2.2 Legend Of Elven. Because everyone had to restart instead of transfer from codemasters, they added a quick start [Returnee weapons] in PlayRF.
The weapon for training has been changed to RETURNEE item for those creating new character. Since RETURNEE item has level 40 intense grade of attack, it can be equipped from level 1 regardless of level and skill. For this, it is very easy to play RF Online and it will be good news for beginners. For your information, RETURNEE item is not tradable.
